I was having pain in my neck, shoulder blade and down my right arm to my fingers...no medicine seemed to help the pain. Dr. Barry did a 4 level ACDF (Anterior cervical discectomy and fusion-had to look this up!) surgery on me in May 2018. It was the 5C, 6C, 7C and 1T levels if memory serves me right. Nurse woke me middle of night to check vitals and that is when I told my daughter my pain was gone! It has been over a year and still doing good! Now if I could just find a surgeon as good as Dr. Barry to do my foot/ankle! Dr. and everyone at his office was great. His PAssistant was especially knowledgeable when answering all my questions.

Dr.Barry help me to get my life back . I could not move my neck,I used my body to do so. I had no curvature in my neck. He did complete overhaul. I'm 7 month's out and am fully active. Lifting weights almost running, never imagined @ 56 years old would feel and look this great! His manners are impeccable, staff is great as well. My husband had his neck repaired by Dr.Barry 5 months after mine, only 3 month out but doing well. He is 60 years young.

Dr Barry has a #1 bedside manner and truly care about his patients! My visits were always eventful and I didn’t have to wait 2 hours to get in. The girls in the office were just as good as he is!

Dr. Barry's performed my L4/L5 fusion in 2010. He never believed my symptoms were as acute as I presented, so he sent me to PT for 6 weeks which led to further, irreparable damage to my L4/L5 nerve and atrophied my left leg in girth and length. Was vomiting from pain despite epidurals, LEFT LEG ON FIRE, could draw L4/L5 lines on my leg, burned back with hot pad desperate for relief, but that's not enough, he sent me for EMG testing, which verified not only was my left side badly damaged, my right side was not damaged too. Then due to a scheduling screw up in his office, my fusion surgery was delayed several additional weeks. After these delays, my L4/L5 nerve never repaired and I became permanently disabled. He never believed me, even one year after surgery he had to have more EMG testing before he could face the fact that he failed to fix me. Overconfident and underqualified.

I have been under the care of Dr Barry for years. He and his staff shows nothing but professionalism each and every office visit and also over the phone.

Doctor Barry gave me back know my life. He took a lifetime of pain into a life of freedom from pain.

Dr. Barry himself called me back when i had questions. he didn't hesitate or brush me off when i had questions.

I had suffered for years from a ruptured disc, and when I finally decided on surgery I chose Dr Barry. He was very compassionate, and the outcome was far better that I had ever hoped for. I am a landscaper, and after 6 weeks off, I was able to come back to work full-time with a few weight restrictions, and no restrictions after 3 months! I am now pain-free for the first time since 1976!

Waited a month to see Dr. Barry and only saw his assistant, though I did see Dr. Barry down the hall. One of his office workers was EXTREMELY RUDE; almost had me in tears. I am going elsewhere.
