The office seems very unorganized at first. Paperwork all over the desk. Then they call you in 20 minutes after your appointment time. The. After sitting in the room alone for 30 minutes I asked what was going on. The nurse said she thought I might be next. Meanwhile, four doctors were standing there at the desk socializing. At this point, I let them know that I would be finding another orthopedic doctor and I left.

I didn’t have to wait too long. The staff were very nice, too.

Terrible bedside manner. Frequently shows up late for appointments, up to an hour wait in the exam room with no explanation or apology. Did not give PT protocol to take to physical therapist after rotator cuff surgery, saying they would know what to do, then complained about PT not performing to his standard. PT protocol given after one week of physical therapy. Assisted active range of motion was started, which he stated he did not want to have happen. Would’ve been nice if he had said so at the first visit when I asked him for it. Did absolutely no hands-on exam in both visits after surgery to check range of motion. Is dismissive and tries to leave after five minutes, and does not ask if I have any questions. Terrible experience overall, and I would not recommend this doctor. The fact that I had assisted active range of motion done three weeks prior to his usual protocol due to his lack of providing it is extremely concerning to me.

I did not find him to be helpful at all. He made me feel like I should already know the answers to my questions as if I'm also a doctor.. when I asked questions about having the surgery, he made me feel very unsure because I had no clear answers from him.

Agile staff that slipped me into a cancellation for my first consult and then rapid follow up to schedule surgery within a week. Thank you Brenda & Jeannie for giving my emergent injury the necessary attention. After meeting with Dr Behr, I’m clearly in the hands of a high performance team.

We have the highest regard for Dr Behr The knee replacements of both right and left knees gave my husband his life back!

Came in for a second opinion. All staff were polite and professional. I was seen and processed timely through check-in, x-ray, and consult with physician. Thank you.

I went to Dr Behr for a second opinion on my shoulder and I was so pleased with his input and feedback. They were able to access my previous MRI and they did their own X-rays. In a nutshell, he confirmed what I felt, that I wasn't ready for surgery yet. Since my pain level is low, he felt it was fine to wait and do physical therapy for now. I will probably go back to him when it's time for me to actually have my rotator cuff surgery. His conservative approach makes so much sense.
