Zero stars if I could. I walked into the ER hoping for medical care. Instead, I received one of the most dismissive, unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a healthcare provider. What went wrong: · Dr. Bowser spoke over me repeatedly, refusing to let me explain my symptoms or concerns · Not a single diagnostic question was asked about my medical history or current condition · I was treated with condescension, made to feel ignorant for seeking medical help · No examination, no curiosity, no care—just rushed judgment The contrast says everything: I left and went directly to Liberty, where I was actually listened to. They ran appropriate tests, discussed medication options, and treated me like a person deserving of medical attention. The difference was night and day. This wasn’t just a waste of my time—it was a failure of basic patient care. A physician who cannot listen, cannot ask questions, and cannot show basic respect has no business practicing medicine. St. Luke’s: This… doctor is a liability to your reputation. Patients deserve competent, compassionate care. I received neither.

Read your letter to the school board. Now I know who to go after for malpractice and license if my family is affected by this. Especially you faulty cherry picked information.

Horrible bedside manor. I felt like a "GOMER" dealing with him. Please remember that all of our concerns are serious to us. If, in your opinion, they are not medically serious, how about reassurance and sympathy rather than sarcasm and condescension?

I went in for a toothache. Before going into the ER i called my dentist who had given me a root canal four days prior. The dentist said she couldn’t get me in to see her until the following week but if my pain was extremely unbareable which it is to go to the emergency room. The temporary cap fell off my tooth leaving the root canal exposed and extremely painful when opening my mouth or eating. He was extremely rude and basically told me that I am an addict and that this would be the last time i would get prescribed narcotics for any reason within the saint lukes hospitals. He told me that within the past year i have been prescribed narcotics too often. (Three times for different issues one being surgery). I understand that people use the emergency room to Try and score pain killers for the addiction but this is not the case. He looked into my mouth and saw the hole in my tooth therefore he saw first hand i wasn’t “faking it”. In my opinion I believe that this is no way to treat… a patient who is in pain and hasn’t eaten eanything because of a toothache in a few days. I also believe that it is wrong for a doctor to abuse his authority and call people addicts when he has no history with those patients at all. I will no longer go to this emergency room as i felt unwelcomed. Even the front desk lady made it very clear that they didn’t want to treat my son for his bronchitis and that i should take him to children’s mercy. I have never been treated like this by any health care provider and will be filing a complaint through saint lukes as well as the medical board. Very poor services and professionalism!

I took my son to the ER at Saint Luke's North, he saw Dr. Bowser. As soon as he came in the room, he treated my son like somebody who was faking symptoms to get drugs. My son had a seizure the night before, we went to Saint Luke's ER because he was still not feeling right. I understand people abuse the ER to get narcotics but not everyone who walks in is an druggie. He ask how we knew it was a seizure, it was not his 1st one so we know what it is. He then ask if he was a drinker or used street drugs, which is is not & does not use. I know they have to ask these questions but the manor he ask the questions and his "waste of my time" atttitude made me regret taking my son to that location.

This "doctor" was extremely condescending and so rude. Did absolutely NOTHING for my bleeding fiancee and sent him home after making us wait for 4 hours in the ER. Bowser gave him a gauze and the suction anf told him to suction his own blood. Then made extremely rude comments, such as "it isn't like his head is going to blow off", "it isn't like he's going to bleed to death" etc. Highly unprofessional! We came to get help for the bleeding and he just sent us home after giving him ibuprofen. Seriously? Will NEVER recommend this "doctor" to anyone. He did not even try to stop the excessive bleeding. He said he didnt know how!
