Worst experience. My wife has Trigeminal Neuralgia (look it up, "Dr"). She can't touch the left side of her face without terrible pain. She has to hold the left side of the mask away from her face to avoid pain. She was in the office with my daughter, and "Dr" Bursley kept telling her to fix her mask and wear it properly, for her "protection" and his. She explained her condition, and he had no consideration of her condition whatsoever. Told her to wear it properly, or sit in the waiting room. He made her attach the mask to her left ear. She had to endure the pain while she tried to hold the mask out from her left cheek. Absolute worst bedside manner I have ever heard of in a "Doctor". He was combative and argumentative for nearly her entire visit. Also, he had to "GOOGLE" side effects and symptoms right in front of them, as if he had zero knowledge or experience as a doctor. What happened to "do no harm"? Unbelievable. Cleveland mainly posts positive reviews. A search online reveals a… different story. Mostly one-start reviews everywhere else.
