Dr. Campbell made us feel like we were the only thing on his calendar that day, and that nothing was more important than answering my questions. I appreciate as well that he share that his wife is a breast cancer survivor. I feel much less anxious about my surgery having met Dr. Campbell and seeing that he prioritizes having a dialogue with patients.

I sure wish I’d done my “homework” before I ever let this man be my doctor. I should have checked Vitals and Healthgrades, plus several other websites that grade doctors before hand. He’s all nice, kind and caring as long as everything goes well. If you have an issue, you need to get a new doctor immediately. Don’t even bother calling his office. You won’t be treated with the respect you deserve or a proper care plan. I am actually shocked that UVA breast care center has him on staff and totally recommends him to ladies who have breast cancer. Breast cancer is awful. I was in infusion for a whole year with HER2+ breast cancer, and I was in better shape than I am now. I go to Johns Hopkins currently and have a truly kind doctor that is going to repair the left lateral injury caused by the UVA echo tech to my breast implant. He actually has a care plan for me in place, and I know I’ll get back to living a normal life minus pain.

I recommend Dr. Campbell every chance I get. I have been under his care for almost two years now. He always shows compassion and understanding and is always quick with a warm smile. I feel like a person (and not just an appointment time) with him. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and precise with his every move. I am very impressed and happy with him.
