Dr. Christpher Joseph Catalano, DDS

Hands down the worst front desk staff I've ever dealt with. I can't speak for Dr. Cossio because I'm a patient of Dr. Catalano who has now taken over the practice. It is with a heavy heart that I have to give one star, because I've been seeing Dr. Catalano for over 10 years and he's amazing. But ever since he transitioned to this office over a year ago, the front desk is delinquent, rude, and dismissive of patient pain and patient needs. I'm hanging in there because Dr. Catalano is amazing but the front desk staff is hands-down absolutely the worst, and I can say confidently this has nothing to do with Covid. This they've been awful as I've had to deal with them and it all started about six months pre-Covid. Prior to writing this review, I’ve had multiple conversations with the staff explaining to them that I would appreciate they be more responsive, but the feedback just keeps falling on deaf ears so now I feel my hand is forced to write this review publicly. The staff is part of… the dental care one receives because they have to understand patient needs and prioritize appointments properly. That is not happening at this office. For some reason the front desk staff is just horrible. Hands down the worst.

I'm scared to death of dentists (childhood trauma) but I love Chris. He's kind, gentle and caring. An excellent dentist with no pain. I've gone to him now for 7 years and my fear of dentists is gone.
