Dr. Christopher John Charbonnet, MD

When I first went to see Dr. Charbonnet I liked him because he seemed to care and was able to diagnose me right away with having CRPS. And as I continued to see him he was nice to explain my condition but as time went on he gave me gabapentin and when I started taking it I realized it wasn't working for me and as I continued to see him he continued to prescribe me gabapentin even after I told him wasn't working at this point I felt he wasnt listening to me as a patient. I was beyond frustrated and I ended up getting a new pain specialist who not only listened to me that gabapentin wasn't working he put me on a new medication that helps at times but also ended up doing 4 stellate ganglion blocks (that has helped temporarily) unlike Dr. Charbonnet who didn't do stellate ganglion blocks and didn't bother changing my medication to something better. Dr. Charbonnet a word of advice listen to your patients more. They come to you for help and not to be ignored.

The Dr. has helped me many times and very good with working with the Ins co authorizations staff is great. I have read the reviews about them not calling for appointment reminders they are a very busy office come on if you cant keep track of your own office visit put it on your calender.I get spinal injections and always get a follow up call tell me how many Dr.s do that.

Im a pt seeing Dr. charbonnet for a couple of years and i cant believe this last review carmine and eric are one of the nicest people i have come accross in the medical field and the Dr is si smart i see in for Back pain this last person is missing out on the few remaing offices that have real human kindness

I been taking my mom and uncle to see dr. Charbonnet and yes he is busy but so worth the wait the office staff God bless them because they are busy and do so much for all of us from the Doctor to all his staff they guys are super nice caring people they really go out of there way to help.

The front desk and appointment personal in this office destroy the reputation of the Doctor, and the medical profession.To be more specific, Carmine Donaire who she claim that she is the " Manager" is extremely rude, mean,keeping people on hold for 30-40 minutes regardless on what pain they are.It is its very sad that such a person is employed by a Doctor!!! She should never be allowed to interact with people.. much less Patients!!! I really fell sorry for this Doctor who lose ratings and I am assuming losing some patients like my friend that needed his help and she went to another Doctor because of this employee.

Doctor is great, his staff is good, his waiting time is poor.

He is a wonderful Dr. The staff is rude except for his assistant. It's like talking to a wall with the rest of the staff
