I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Chen. The man is my hero. I went to him after being prescribed Morphine for over 10 years. I felt wasn’t working anymore. He got me off the morphine and I will be forever grateful. Great very caring but tough when needed Doctor.

Dr Chen, along with his front end staff are not only knowledgeable, but genuinely kind. They take lots of time and effort to care for all patients. Thank you Dr Chen, Patricia, and Stephanie for all your help in this process??

I'm not sure WHAT happened to those patients who wrote the negative reviews. I've had ZERO problems with getting an appointment. Wait times at his office have averaged 10 minutes or less (and considering the excellent massage chairs in his waiting room, I wouldn't have minded waiting longer!) The receptionist is a sweetie -- what are these people complaining about? Beats me! I've been going to this office over two years. I WOULD recommend.

Don't make agreements over the phone, Dr. Chen forgets and doesn't hold to the agreement. He and his PA don't always communicate and the records get screwed up. He never did an exam and he kapt forgetting the source of my pain. Check your records, especially if he makes a mistake. The staff leaves a lot to be desired. Read the probation report - my perception was that not much has changed except that he is afraid to take high doses.Watch out for the "suboxone" suggestion - they will switch you to a cash patient. Can't recommend.
