Born in Lower Manhattan, New York, Dr. Christopher Chow attended the elite Stuyvesant High School. He went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from New York University, and complete his podiatric medical degree at New York College of Podiatric Medicine.
As a medical student, Dr. Chow volunteered at the New York City Marathon medical unit.
He completed his podiatric surgery training at the Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in New York and at Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island in Pawtucket. Dr. Chow is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor in Podiatric Surgery at the Mount Sinai Beth Israel Medical Center and at New York Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital.
Dr Chow had extensive forefoot reconstructive experience including MIS (minimal incision surgery) and arthroscopy. He is passionately involved in sports medicine and worked with athletes at all levels.
Dr Chow is Board Certified by the …American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He is a Diplomate Member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
