Dr. Christopher Michael Ciccarelli, MD

I am filing a formal complaint regarding my recent visit. The doctor Christopher Ciccarelli behaved in an extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and aggressive manner. During the appointment, he raised his voice at me and spoke in a loud, confrontational tone, which caused significant distress and physical discomfort, including a headache. When I attempted to discuss my ongoing need for blood pressure medication, he refused to provide a refill and was dismissive of my concerns. Instead of offering appropriate medical guidance, he told me directly to “go find another doctor,” which I found completely unacceptable and unprofessional. His attitude throughout the visit was condescending and hostile. I made it clear that I would not be returning to his practice due to his behavior. Additionally, my husband previously stopped seeing this doctor after the doctor told him that he would “die soon,” which is an alarming and inappropriate statement for any medical professional to make. This… experience has completely undermined my trust in this provider. I expect medical professionals to treat patients with respect, professionalism, and basic human decency. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this doctor to others.

He was awful. He was in and out of my appointment. He refused to listen to my concerns regarding side effects I was experiencing from a medication he proscribed me because it wasn't the "right" kind of appointment. He told me he was getting lots of complaints so he wasn't going to address new or acute problems. Apparently I was suppose to schedule yet another appointment with him to address those concerns. He is happy to schedule all kinds of follow up appointments but doesn't seem to really want to "follow up." When I tried to explain to him why I didn't feel what he was doing was fair, he became belligerent and acted extremely unprofessional. Still, on my way out, they were trying to get me to schedule another appointment. Not. a. chance.

What a rude and arrogant doctor. Blamed me for accompanying my father when the staff told me I could. Admonished me and my father for seeing him and not his pcp, when he saw him the last visit. No personality and mean!

First time user, will use again. This doctor was able to look at the problem I was having through the camera, tell me what exactly was happening to me, and then send in my treatment to my pharmacy. On top of that, it felt like I was talking to a former friend, who enjoyed hearing about how things were for me and my family in a different state. I hope my next time I ujse Teladoc it is as good as this time was.

Did well as a doctor. However the office i did not like. Road was icy, had to answer questions to come into office, and wait in the waiting room prior to seeing the doctor. 5 star to Dr Ciccarelli 2 star to rest

For years I dealt chronic pain, sleep, and depression, anxiety among others. For the first time someone started to listen to me, it was him. I stopped going to both my pain and psychiatrist because Dr Ciccarelli was able to figure out i have fibromyalgia which made my sleep, pain, headaches and mood disorders worse. After having him manage me for a few months, my pain levels, anxiety, and sleep are better than they ever were. Thank you!!!

I didnt like his options he gave to treat my long standing probs and I dony want to see a specialist for them either. Will find a new doctor for me
