Had a 0945 appt. Did not get out until 1130. Slowest ones in town.

Staff rude and unfriendly; had problems getting renewals on my prescription; sometimes 2 weeks before prescription renewed, and that after several reminder calls from me. Wait times horrific; my last visit I got in to be seen at 6:30 for a 4:30 appointment.

They have to be the laziest, least helpful staff in existence.

Awesome staff! Incredible Service! The most thorough Doctor I've ever encountered. The nurse practitioner, in my opinion, also one of finest I've been seen by. There is no problem whatsoever being seen when an unexpected health issue arises! 100% satisfied with the whole Medical practice!

I liked Dr Coakley because he is humble an has an excellent bedside manner.He is very kind and I find him to be clinically oriented.I'm able to express my concerns and feel comfortable talking to him

Friendly style. Warm yet professional. Very knowledgeable. Listens. Has a sense of humor. Office staff is courteous and helpful.

not responsive to important issues

i Found Dr. Coakley to be genuinely concerned about my health, thorough in his tests he ran, friendly, accommodating and above all HE LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS AND WE DISCUSSED THEM, making me feel much more at ease.

Receptionist are extremely rude and unprofessional. There is always an issue with lost results or failing to fax information to my other doctors. Patients records are left out for everyone to see and records/paperwork is everywhere, completely disorganised.Expect a long wait to see the doctor and when you do he seems very distracted and goes in and out of the room. It seems like he never has the results or information he needs for your appointment that day and runs around trying to gather it all. I have found that Dr Coakley is very knowledgable but unfortunately he has a poor support system.....a new receptionist staff would do this office a world of good!

When I asked how much longer to see the Doctor after waiting over an hour I was told "it's only been an hour, What's the problem". As if how dare you! The entire office staff seemed rude all most bothered by all the patients who give them there lively hood. His Nurse or Medical asst. Seemed very rude when I overheard her talking and complaining about every patient who was waiting to see him. Openly discussing patients insurance plans with other patients, and there medical problems. During my "work up with her" she never asked if I was allergic to anything, which was a problem when I did finally see the Dr. When he tried to prescribe me medication that could kill me. I was never asked about my medical history, I felt rushed. I was never spoken to about my condition, or possible treatments. When I asked questions, he said he would "get to that". I waited four months for this appointment, When I made the appointment they did ask me why I was coming in..when I replied it was to see if I… have thyroid Cancer, there was NO urgency! I waited two hours for the Dr. He did float in and out of the room, leaving the door open well I sat in a paper gown on the table..for anyone who was in the hall to see. He lost my chart three times well I was in the office..only to have another patient bring it out to him.My personal information left with a stranger? I stood and waited well he took phone calls, walked in and out of rooms like a lost child? Dr. Coakley seemed overwhelmed, unorganized and much like a dazed and confused mental patient. I was so disgusted with my visit. My advice "No Stay AWAY!!! I wouldn't trust him to treat my dog! I will now travel to Boston to see a qualified Doctor.
