Be very careful if you are a new patient. When I called to make an appointment, I gave Connolly's office staff my insurance information and asked if they accepted my insurance. They quickly responded yes. I made my appointment. They took many x-rays and talked to me about a dental plan. When I went to check out, I found out that they were not in my insurance network. I was told and I am quoting, "We accept it, but we are not apart of the network." Poor business practice. To be, they are not honest. And what got me, they seemed to actually be disturbed because I told them that I would not be returning since they were not in the network. It cost me over $200 which if they were honest and told me they were not in the network, I would have paid nothing at a participating dentist. I feel I was taken advantage of and I would never want to deal with this office again. What a disgrace! Just be aware that you need to check on your own to see if you are covered and for how much. Very… expensive for not having anything done. AND check a head of time to see how much your visit would cost.
