Dr. Christopher M Covert, DO

I had a doctor's appointment with Dr. Covert relating to problems of extreme fatigue and digestive issues. I wanted to have a good conversation and blood tests done to figure out what was wrong. I brought in labs from a previous blood test showing how my thyroid levels were off. The doctor didn't care and kept changing the subject and would not acknowledge my symptoms or issues. He said I should be okay based on the blood tests, even though my symptoms clearly show I was not okay. He rushed the appointment, was unprofessional, and declined additional blood tests for me to figure out what was wrong. I do not recommend this doctor and will not go back.

His side business stole money for me and claimed that 2 tests and 5 minutes with the doctor cost $80. So essentially I paid $320/hr for 2 urinalysis tests and 5 minute meeting with the doctor. The staff looks for any reason to make you come every single day, further maximizing profit. They aren’t about helping addicts they’re about making as much money as possible. My condolences to the person above who had to live through pain because he only wants to prescribe the medicine that he has prescribed more than any other doctor in the state.

Hi you all my name is Laura Radford, and I’m here to say that Dr. Covert has an incredible bed side manner, very thorough, and he is very knowledgeable. He cared for me and worked with my insurance I believe he was more concerned about my health than just my insurance.

He is great! Very nice and doesn't not judge!! He really cares about you as a person!!

This doctor diagnosed me with several painful conditions yet refused to treat the pain involved. Also made sure my pain was not treated by OTHER physicians outside his practice. I guess he had a problem with seeing me out of pain. He never followed through with tests to uncover the root of the disorders either. Thankfully I have a better doc who does care to treat pain and also find out what's causing it.
