He is the best!

I'll keep it simple; Dr. Cox is the best in all respects. He's a great surgeon (revised a failing artificial knee done by someone else). The knee is very stable after 9 years. Besides that he has a terrific personality and listens very carefully; one couldn't be in better hands.

I am so glad I found Dr. Cox! After consulting with him about getting bilateral knee replacement surgery, I knew he was the right surgeon. He listened to my concerns, and addressed them in a way that was easy for me to comprehend. He gave me the impression that he is caring and not dismissive in any way. It’s been four weeks after the surgery and I am healing nicely. I am sure the healing process is going well partly because I have been diligent with the physical therapy, but also knowing I had a skilled and trusted surgeon that performed the surgery, there should be no mishaps as I continue on my journey towards full recovery. Not only is Dr. Cox personable and professional, he has a calm demeanor that gave me a sense of security and confidence to know that everything is going to be alright. The added bonus is that he also has the right level of sense of humor. Highly recommend him if you are considering knee replacement surgery. Thank you, Dr. Cox!

Total hip replacement: superb pre and post op care. Recovery was relatively rapid with PT starting immediately post op. Very “ easy” convalescence with continuing PT and follow up. I’m a physician and v critical: can’t imagine any better care or outcome. Highly recommend Dr Cox, CPMC, and staff.
