The doctor and staff here are all excellent and caring. My kids love going here as a result. We've had nothing but a fabulous experience.

I took my daughter there for her very first dental appointment. We read books about going to the dentist and she was so excited. When we got there we had to wait over an hour just to see the dentist! By then my three year old had lost a lot of her patience. Then when we were seated in the exam room we had to wait another 30 min. The doctor recommended immediate treatment of sedation and crowns for her. (I went to another dentist right after that who suggested that was not necessary, especially for a 3 yr old) I tried multiple times to contact them via email and phone. I was told that the office manager would contact me several times and I've yet to get a call from her, just a bill in the mail which I refuse to pay until someone speaks to me in person. I've since spoken with several patients and they have all said that although they used to love going to Dr. Davis, they feel like the customer service and care has decreased as well.
