Dr Dawson is very compassionate and understanding. He takes his time explaining everything. I thank God for him

I just want to thank Dr. Dawson and his staff for helping me feel better and manage my lower back pain. Dr. Dawson is informative and patient with the explanation of the treatment I needed; he does not rush from patient to patient. I appreciate that very much, plus the staff checks on you to make sure you are comfortable until he can meet with you. The staff is FABULOUS!

My experience with Dr Dawson has been a wonderful journey in managing my pain. My first visit at his office was an inviting atmosphere. His staff are the best staff I have had in a long time. His staff is friendly, professional people. They were so patient and sweet and so caring to me. They are a awesome Staff! I love there friendly faces when I visit the office. ! Now as for Dr Dawson, I was truly impressed with my first visit. He was very kind, nice and personable. I could go on and on about him! He has a great sense of humor. He is professional and highly knowledgeable doctor. He was great in explaining my issue and In way I could understand. He keeps me laughing all the time during visit. Please if any has pain please go see Dr Dawson. During my procedure he would let me know every step he took. I felt very comfortable with him. I continue to see Dr Dawson and my pain has decreased greatly! I can trust him with all my procedures. I am so thankful to God for sending me to… him. He is truly a wonderful person! Bad doctor that is emotional and rough handed. Stay far away from this doctor.

Dr. Dawson is more interested in doing procedures as quick as possible so he can make more money than he is and helping his patients. he talks to his nurses but does not have a good relationship with his patients

Been going to Dr. Dawson for some time now and have experience nothing but excellent service from the front desk all the way to Dr. DAWSON.

No bed side manners. Can be very rude and arrogant. He only suggests procedures that are very expensive. Very suggestive about about your level of pain to recommend expensive procedures. Your insurance don't pay for some procedures he say the do! Just be aware and check out your options.

Nothing bad to say about him or his staff. He really knows the pain business.

After the first injection I felt a little better, the second injection three weeks later I felt much better and then three weeks later the third injection was like a miracle. I no longer had to walk with a cane and I was able to go back to work

I am breastfeeding, so he would not even discuss options beyond physical therapy, which I can't afford. Apparently breastfeeding and not having a lot of spare money means I deserve to be in pain. When I started crying from pain and despair, he left the room and had his office manager come talk to me.
