Dr. Demetriou is great he is professional, informative and he has a superb bedside manner. The office is unbelievably beautiful. The staff at the front desk and medical assistants are pleasant and professional. The care and respect you get at this practice is exceptional. I highly recommend Dr Chris Demetriou.

Outstanding in every way possible. Wonderful diagnostician, great listener, knowledgeable in his medical area as well as other medical speciialties.He will speak with you after hours and even on the weekend. Wish all doctors were like him.

This was my 4th colonoscopy and endoscopy with Dr. Demetriou, and once again the experience was excellent. He is an outstanding physician—very knowledgeable, thorough, and always takes the time to clearly explain everything and answer questions. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and very well organized. The surgical suite and anesthesia team were also fantastic and made the process smooth and comfortable from start to finish. After four procedures with Dr. Demetriou, I can confidently say he and his team provide exceptional care. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Chris Demetriou is an excellent doctor. Not only is he professional at all times, he is patient and friendly. Dr. Demetriou devotes however much time is needed to listen to my concerns. When explaining a diagnosis or possible diagnosis, as well as a treatment plan, Dr. Demetriou explains in layman's terms so that I understand what is going on with me. He is caring and more than willing to answer my many questions. I've been Dr. Demetriou's patient for about a year and a half. He was recommended to me by a friend. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent gastroenterologist.

Went to his brand new garden city office . Absolutely beautiful More important, Dr Chris is terrific , explains everything, takes his time , kind and easy on the eyes. His staff is kind, friendly and very attentive .

Dr. Demetriou did an Endoscopy and Colonoscopy on me on 02/03/2026. He and his staff were very thorough in explaining before the procedure and after procedure what to expect and detailed what they did. I felt at ease. The anasthesiologist came in when i was being prepped and explained in detail what will happen. That made a big difference in easing my nerves. I had procedures with Dr. Demetriou in the past. I will continue to use Dr. Demetriou in the future .
