If you have to wait that long at a doctor's office, at leat have some decent magazines,clean comfortable chairs, or a tv with the news on to pass time. Office is ugly and dirty and I have to say the same about the staff. My appointment time was 8:30 AM. and the waste cans from the previos day were briming over, there was no evidence of the staff cleaning hands or anything that the patients touched were cleaned after each use. Very disturbing place. One of the assistants was so skanky and mean that i have to see another doctor to see how serious the damage is from her less than kind treatment. Run the other way.

I had to wait for the reason, I was a call in from an eye appt with wing eye care. And discovered I could not see out of left eye.. I have macular degeneration. Overall I was pleased with my visit.

Wait time is ridiculous. Spent lots of time getting expensive tests then very little time with the doctor. Not very informative, acts like he could care less about you.

Dr. Devine treated my father's eye problems well although his bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. My father is hard of hearing and Dr. Devine didn't adjust his volume or seem to try to explain things to my father. Instead he spoke to me as if my father wasn't in the room. Also, the wait to see the Dr. was extremely long. Every visit we waited 1 + hours to have a 15 minute procedure done. And, when you are going there every 6 months for the eye injections, it get very frustrating. It didn't matter if it was an early appointment (we had one at 8:30 and left the office around 12noon) or one in the afternoon. My time is just as important as the Dr.'s and I don't think it is very respectful to the patients to continually have them waiting for more than an hour at every visit. If there's another Dr. to see for your condition, I would go with that one, not Dr. Devine.
