Very pleased with my two encounters with Dr. Dixon. shows a caring spirit and willingness to help. Knows his craft and kindly takes the time to explain what is happening and options to consider. I do recommend him highly.

Find him to be a very war,m caring and very thorough urologist.He listens with interest. He is very patient time giving never rushing you through a visit.

I was so completely surprised (pleasantly) at the ease of discussing my serious urethral stricture and ballanitis problems with Dr. Dixon-I had already had surgery for this problem several years ago-the results weren't what I had expected at all! Not only did he reconstruct my urethra with a skin graft so there can be no recurrence, he also revised my circumcision, which has been giving me trouble for years, as it wasn't done correctly at birth (I'm in my mid-50's). Dr. Dixon & his staff are very competent, caring health professionals and I am very fortunate to have him as my doctor-he is the very BEST at what he does-you are not rushed, he spends time with only you (no interruptions) during an office visit, and follows up with his patients PERSONALLY after surgery when you are discharged. I live 2 hours away from NYC, and the trip is well worth it to go in to see him for check-ups from time to time. You don't find doctors like Dr. Dixon any more-he is one in a million!! He gave… me my quality of life back-I can't thank him enough for all he's done for me!

So brilliant of a doctor and yet so humble. Gives you all the time that you need. You never feel rushed when you see Chris. My friend the Urologist said that Chris is one of the best Urologists in NYC. His staff is also excellent and easy to deal with.

Dr. Dixon's staff is the most competent i have ever dealt with. Dr. Dixon is a fine doctor and surgeon with a laid-back and comforting manner. They are being thrown out on the street by Mayor Bloomberg so he can give the St. Vincent's property to his real estate friends.

Cannot say enough about him. He has guided me through my complex case and reconstructed my urethra and follow ups for other problems. He is a fine doctor and is truly the only person I trust to touch me anywhere in my urinary system. He's like part of my family, and doctors like him only come around once in a lifetime. I highly highly recommend him. He is the best.
