Do not recommend. I got a tummy tuck and he left so much skin on my belly, and a breast lift which ripped open underneath my breast and now I have a large scar that is now a keloid. When I reached out to him and his assistant about a revision they both left me on read. I do not recommend.

It was an AWFUL experience. First of all i was supposed to have lipomas removed and kybella injections in the ones on my leg. Dr. Dress said that insurance would cover the liposuction removal of the lipomas. I was contacted my his nurse in Dothan, AL and was told that the insurance would cover the procedures. Before my surgery i requested an appointment with him for last minute questions. Again i was told that insurance would cover the procedures. However, to my surprise i learned 2 weeks ago by mail(bill from his office) that the procedure was not covered. Also, the description of the procedures on the bill was not what i had agreed to be done. Also, i learned from him the lipoma on my neck is still there. And that the ones that he called lipomas on my neck or not lipomas, but fatty tissue! I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT BEFORE BY HIM. I LEARNED THIS AFTER MY SECOND POST OP APPOINTMENT. ONLY AFTER I ASKED HIM AGAIN WAS HE ABLE TO REMOVE ALL OF THE LIPOMA. HOWEVER, ON MY FIRST… POST OP VISIT HE STATED THAT ALL WAS REMOVED FROM MY SHOULDER AREA. Also, the injections in my legs have caused hypopigmentation. Was never told that this could be a possible side effect of these injections. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS DOCTOR! HE'S NOT HONEST!!!

this dr was thrown out of ft walton beach medical center and had no choice but to move to dothan alabama please everyone share to people in dothan so they dont end up in the messes weve been subject to this so called dr messed me up so bad 9 yrs later im still having to deal with it

This man butchered 2 of my daughters and myself. Throughout our care, he displayed a startling lack of good medical judgement. In fact, he ignored infection and one daughter has been out of work for over a year because of it. He pushes patients into surgeries he wants to try rather than doing what is good for the patient. He has no clue how to reconstruct breasts, ladies. Save the tatas. Stay FAR away from this incompetent "physician "! Signed- disgusted ex-patient.

My wife had a breast augmentation and tummy tuck about 5 years ago and some of the things he said was an absolute lie and left my with a scar on one of her breasts from a lump that had formed. He performed another surgery to remove the lump which lead to staff infection that they treated too late. On the tummy tuck he flat out lied. He said her abdomen would be flat forever. Immediately after the surgery her stomach started tightening up he left an ugly scar and after 5 years the scar is still there, her abdomen is still large and she still has tightening in her stomach to this date. To make things worse when we complained about it the nurse had the nerve to show us what she looked like before which was very insulting.

Compassionate and timely. Tissue expander (mastectomy) surgery and breast reconstruction surgery all done perfectly.

Had a very good experience with Dr. Dress and his staff. Had Tram Flap with fat from abdomen fashioned into breasts. Supposed to have another surgery to remove abdominal skin from breast and pull the breast tissue together; however, Dr. Dress closed his office with no prior notice to patients. Now I have an incomplete procedure and trying to find plastic surgeon to finish up. Not very happy with Dr. Dress at this time.
