Have been a patient of Dr. Duke for more than 10 years. Very professional and has handled many varied issues well.

He begins an exam with a thorough questioning of my past and recent history. The physical exam is very professional. Having the blood testin the office is a great convenience and the nurse is personal and very competent. Well worth the $25 lannual lab fee. Dr. Duke's follow up was always prompt. Do not mistake being quiet for not caring.

I cannot say enough good things about this doctor. He calls, listens, is accurate and much more accessible than most doctors. The fact that you don't need to make a second trip for lab work is huge. You pay labcorp 10-25 - he saves you the time and travel. He only started charging this year. So review #2 needs to check out a few other, less caring, practices and i think they are in for a rude awakening.I am surprised at how kind Dr. Duke is - not found often in the medical community today. I would recommend him to anyone.

Some people might be disappointed in Dr. Duke's disinterest in small talk. But he does a thorough job with check-ups, and takes the time to question you and listen to you. He is very knowledgeable and experienced.

This office consistently tries to nickel and dime you. They charged me a $25 fee for lab test a policy which they instituted after I scheduled my appointment. At no point did they tell me about this fee, it was just added to my bill.When I mentioned this to Dr. Duke he stated he did not care. When I told him that the fact that you are charging me for a policy that you changed after I scheduled an appointment without notice, he said we can't tell our patients about everything. The fact that he did not care speaks volumes about his patient interaction. His demeanor is pretty cold and feel very dis attached.This is on top of a "paperwork" fee that they try to charge.
