Dr. Christopher Lamson Eaton, MD

Without a doubt one of the best psychiatrist in the Kaiser system...extremely knowledgeable regarding psych medications. Just as important he listens, is respectful with his patients. He never exhibited the usual “holier than thou” attitude. He was my psychiatrist for six years. First rate, on scale of 1-10, he a “10”

As described, condescending, arbitrarily judgmental regardless of patient’s stability, flippantly adjusted medications with no regard for negative effects and then will eventually agree and acknowledge reoccurrence of negative effects to patient’s life and will represcribe the RX he abruptly decided to discontinue.

hes cold, rarely see me. uncomfortable around him. cuts down on meds that have kept me out of lockdown for 18 years. judgmental, condescending. one of worst shrinks ive ever seen.

Incredibly condescending and unprofessional. Changed my treatment plan, going against what I've been taking for almost a year now successfully. He saw me a single time, and apparently didn't even note that part of my regimen during the visit, and decided against prescribing it again when I requested it. Throughout the interaction surrounding that issue he was confrontational and condescending. Used accusatory language as well. I'm never going to him again and have filed a complaint.

Dr. Eaton has been helping me with a complex, debilitating problem for the last 10 years. He has managed it more successfully than anyone I have seen before over a span of 27 years. I have always felt like he takes a genuine interest, and I trust him completely.
