Dr. Christopher Bruce Ebersole, DO

I have been extremely impressed with Dr. Ebersole. He meets with you right after an x-ray/ultrasound is performed to go over the results. He is very thorough and good at explaining what he is seeing. He also took his time to answer any questions I had and called me personally to give me my biopsy results. I felt like Dr. Ebersole really cared about me as a patient.

Compassionate, professional, and clearly passionate about what he does, Dr. Ebersole is top notch. If he is indicative of the future of radiology, we're in good hands. He made a frightening situation bearable by clearly explaining what he was seeing and why he recommended the course of action he did without being condescending or dismissive. A+

There was an initial mix up in obtaining my records but one of the staff followed up on that after my first visit. Dr. Ebersole was friendly and gave a full explanation as to why I required additional diagnostics and after the additional tests were completed he came back into the exam room before I left to give me the result. I greatly appreciated that as he relieved my anxiety regarding the possibility of cancer.

I was called back for more views on a mammogram I had. Dr. Ebersole met me in in a conference room to go over the new views. He advised me on what he found. I had questions about previous ultrasounds I had had and he immediately started in on me about I did not need them and on and on he went. I finally got up and exited the room. He then continued to follow me into the dressing area ranting about ultrasounds and there was no need for me to get them. I had had them for probably 10 years or more with my mammograms. I finally told him I would file harassment charges if he did not leave. He then exited the area. Was very upset and left crying. I have never in all the years going to Benora (Solis) felt this way. I have always left with a sense of comfort and reassurance. Will never see him again. I hope this was a one time experience and that he was just having a bad day.
