Dr. Christopher J Ferguson, MD

I've been to see Dr. Ferguson twice and both times I left with the same pain as when I arrived. He offered no options or plan of action. The first time came in he examined my foot. Mostly just moved it around. Then told me to go to the front desk and pay for my visit. I thought he was looking some information up and was going to come back out with a solution, but never did. The second time, three years later, same pain, pretty much the same story. Only this time I was later billed for overages my insurance wouldn't cover. For what? No details. When you attempt to reach their billing, you'll reach only a voicemail that doesn't give call backs. Reception staff was more interested in gossip and complaining than helping waiting patients.

He made me uncomfortable and he complained about treating me. Something is not right with him.

"We turn people away all the time" said to me with a big smile. I was denied my appointment due to their inaccurate information. They laughed and rolled their eyes as I explained how I had to leave work early to go to the appointment. You deserve better and they don't deserve your money.
