Dr. Christopher Michael First, MD

Tried to see Dr First slightly early and drove all the way from the city to see him , waited in an empty waiting room for an hour. Went outside and saw him walking in - asked very politely if he would have any time - he replied that he has patients asleep in the office already waiting for him to come and do surgery ! I can respect a physician being busy but lying about something like that is in unacceptable ( especially to a patient who happens to be a surgeon!) 1. He should not have patients asleep without him being in the building 2. If he cannot see me then don’t lie 3. Tried to reschedule and no one from his office called us yet for a time ( 24 hrs later) - don’t trust him to do surgery since don’t know what else will he lie about ? and office staff extremely rude - told me we can have a phone call follow up instead but on a different day - so what happened to my scheduled appointment time ??? Havnt heard from anyone in the office yet. What a waste of my time and unnecessary… aggravation.

Dr. First is very personable and makes you feel at ease. His work is quick and efficient.

Dr. First eased all of my dental phobia anxieties. He not only did excellent work, he did it in a caring, friendly environment. He is the first dentist that I can say that I was never afraid. I knew he would take the best care possible. I recommend him to all of my family and friends, and to any one who wants a top-notch dentist who is also a top-notch person.
