Friendly staff and assistant amazing place didnt feel a thing

Had such an amazing dental experience at Dr. Fleming's office! Everybody in his office was very sweet and willing to help anyway they could. I felt comfortable and at ease there. Dr. Fleming is very knowledgeable and thorough. Goes over and explains all options with you, step by step, so you know exactly what to expect. and the best part was that I did not feel any pain, at all, not even when numbing. I will go back to his practice anytime that I need a root canal. Highly recommend Dr. Fleming and his team!

I was referred by my dentist to Dr. Chris Fleming for consult for retreatment of previous root canal that developed an abscess. I communicated to Dr. Fleming that I spoke to my previous dentist in another state (the one who originally treated the tooth) and he thought the tooth had a crack and should be pulled due to ongoing issues. Dr. Fleming's recommendation even after this was to retreat the tooth and he told me that is exactly what he would do if this was his tooth. The office is smart as they have you sign paperwork for both retreatment and incomplete endodontic therapy if the tooth should be found to be cracked. I signed the paperwork trusting in him and believing that he would successfully retreat the tooth. The next day I arrive and he tells me the retreatment is going to be a success. He proceeds to drilling the tooth and 45 minutes later tells me the tooth has multiple cracks and will need to be pulled. All at the cost of $680 ($399 was my responsibility and the… remainder to be paid by the insurance). I left the office so upset I almost got into a car accident. Very costly to confirm what I suspected in the first place. I would not recommend Dr. Chris Fleming!
