Dr was very thorough

I feel like I am just one of thousands some times. I am lucky to have Dr. Foltz, but if I am not a patoent that sees him regularly, I have to inform him more about past issues. He does look at charts right before I see himand that I appreciate. I used to feel like I was the only patient beforecustomer service and making a patient feel special has dissipated.

I am very happy with my Doctor!

I have been repeatedly trying to get a new ID doctor and the supervisor will not allow me to. Dr. Foltz and I are not a good fit and the accusations that he has made on how I'm getting these infections have really affected my mental health.

Very good with discussion regarding my current health status. More discussion on how well I have maintained my health through my own research and efforts leading up to present would be appreciated.

Dr Foltz was less compassionate than I thought he would be with my condition. I was hoping he would be friendlier

As and older man, I feel my questions and concerns about my health are passive and never taken seriously. Dr Foltz never follows up your concerns and forgets why your in his office for an appointment when it was scheduled. Like a procedure that was supposed to be done but has to be rescheduled because his lack of reading notes or follow up or perhaps I'm not worth the time for him to care about my health. Maybe he just doesn't like older men patients since I'm twice his age.. who knows.

I recently had Dr. Christopher Foltz as my primary care physician. I wanted to rate him highly in all aspects of patient interaction and positive results from his care. He is bright, smart and caring. His staff is terrific as well as all the staff at the Desert Aids Project are champions! Keep up your good work.
