Dr. Christopher Fontenot is the best urologist in the area. Dr. Fontenot is a very kind, well educated doctor involving the female/ urology problems. Dr. Fontenot spent quality time with me, asking many questions, examined me and returned to speak with me privately explaining his assessment of my issues. Lindsey and Mona were terrific nurses; very sweet and kind. Nurses made me feel comfortable. Lou

A little background to this story. after unsucessful attempts to schedule my follow-up appointment from the ER. The referring physician's office would not schedule me until next month, while the paperwork stated that I see him within 3-5 days. Called Dr. Fontenot's office on Monday, appointment scheduled for Tuesday. Office staff very courteous, an quite pleased with the extra assistance provided by her. Doctor read all of my reports from the Thursday ER then called me back to cancel the appointment being that it was too early for me to see him and that it would be a waste of my money. Appreciate the honesty and willingness to take me in.

Awesome bedside manner.Dr. Fontenot is able to put you at ease and make a somewhat embarrasing visit totally comfortable. Explains everything in detail and willing to answer any questions you may have. No rushing from one patient to the next. Knowlegeable and professional. Best urologist in Lafayette.
