Summary
Celia is a native Californian, growing up in Rolling Hills. Her fist exposure to dentistry was working as a dental assistant while attending dental hygiene school at West Los Angeles College where she received her RDH degree in 1983 along with clinical instruction and patient care at UCLA and The VA Wadsworth Hospital in West LA. Celia has additional education and licensing in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide sedation. She has been a practicing dental hygienist for 25 plus years and has worked extensively with many prominent Periodontists in Los Angeles and Orange County and has been Dr. Fotinos’ lead hygienist since 2003. Celia lives in Anaheim Hills with her husband Jerry and is the mother of four grown children, two Boston Terriers and a French Bulldog. In her spare time, Celia enjoys spending time with her pets, college football, cooking and card making.
Jennifer Mihelich – Registered Dental Assistant
Jennifer was born and raised in Fullerton California and is the …daughter of Kathy, our office manager. She received her RDA degree at Bryman College(Orange) in 1993 and started working for Dr. Fotinos in 1995 as his lead dental assistant and is his longest standing employee of 16 years. Jennifer lives in La Mirada with her husband Greg and two children Derek and Delany. In Jennifer’s spare time she is a busy mom, shuttling Delany to dance competitions, taking care of their White Labrador Miley and camping with friends.
Kathy Neal – Office Manager
Kathy was born and raised in Fullerton, California. While in High school she started working part time for a family doctor and has continued a career in the medical field for the past 30 plus years. As Dr. Fotinos’ office manager and financial coordinator, Kathy uses her many years of experience in insurance billing, financial planning, personnel and purchasing to run his Dental practice.
Kathy is a mother of three grown children and three grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys spoiling these precious grandchildren, watching sports and sewing .
