Dr. Christopher A Gilmore, MD

I get upset when I see the negative reviews on Dr. Gilmore. I met him only one time. The next time we saw each other he was doing a procedure on my back. He was very pleasant. Before the procedure he went over everything and asked me did I need anything. During the surgery he kept my wife informed on what was going on. I have suffered with a back problem for the last ten years. I have had at least nine different doctors diagnosing and working on my back. Dr. Gilmore has been one of the best. I live at least an hour away from his office. But if he was closer I would use him as my pain management doctors. I would say to other people don’t let the negative reviews frighten you. Try him and come to your own conclusion. I am one person that highly recommends Dr. Christopher A. Gilmore!

Truly does not care about his patients. The many reviews are true that he treats all his patients like drug seekers instead of people who have proven chronic and often rehabilitating conditions. He doesn't want to be bothered by his patients. He gets ticked if you don't agree to the very costly and risky spinal stimulators with batteries that burn up inside you and tries to make you feel like a nut case if you don't do what he tells you. No compassion and should have stayed as an Anesthesiologist putting people to sleep so he doesn't have to deal with them. He has no concept of chronic pain and how severely it affects our lives. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND. Find someone who truly cares.. unfortunately it's not him.

I think I need to see someone new. His P.A is all I have seen for 5yrs not him and the best P.A he had has left .Now he has one that thinks she is the Doc sorry you are not. I hate to go but they are in it for the money not for helping you.

Dr. Gilmore leads you to believe one thing when along he has another in mind for you. All he want to to is make money on you. He will poke you with needles even when its not safe for you just to keep for giving you medications. He is all about $$$$$$, not about helping make his patient comfortable. I Would not recommend any one to go to this doctor unless you just want to wast you time....

Dr. Gilmore and his staff are excellent at what they do. My life would be unbearable if it was not for the relief they give me with the procedures they do. I've only had one that did not help but there are no guarantees in life and one not so good result doesn't hold a candle to the five others that did work.

I have to move back to the state I use to live in to be treated, this Dr is nothing but a BIG SELF CENTERED, SELF BELIEVING, GOD TYPE, and I made a HUGH MISTAKE by seeing this DR. He believes that what he says goes, after years and years of severe pain, and having a pain pump installed, the first visit that I met him, he wants me to have the pump taken out and have more back SURGERY!!! OMG DID HE EVEN READ MY CHART THAT WAS SENT TO HIS OFFICE, ALL 14 YEARS IF IT. i DOUBT IT, THEN HE TURNS OFF MY PTM SO i CAN'T USE IT WITH MY PUMP, AND TRIES TO KEEP ME ON 6 PILLS A DAY FOR PAIN, I CAN'T SLEEP, WALK OR PLAY WITH MY GRAND SON OR DOG I CANT REALLY DO ANYTHING, O YEAH EXCEPT CRY!!! FOR EVERY STEP I TAKE I HAVE TO SQUAT DOWN TO TRY AND RELIEVE SOME OF THE PRESSURE IN MY BACK FROM THE PAIN, O YEAH AND GOD FORBID THAT HE SEES THAT I HAD TO MAJOR SURGERIES AND THE DR GAVE ME PAIN MEDICINE, AS SOON AS HE WAS TOLD THAT HE STOPPED THE PAIN MEDICINE HE WAS GIVING ME. HE CHECKED THE PHARMACIES… ON LINE, BIG DEAL I HAD TWO SUPPLIES, AND ONLY FOR 6 DAYS EACH, BUT I WAS GLAD I FILLED THEM, BECAUSE ONE OF THE ASSOCIATES I SEEN IN HIS OFFICE LIED TO HIM AND TOLD HIM THAT I WAS OUT OF PAIN MEDICINE, AND THAT WHEN HE STOPPED IT, I HAD TOLD HIS ASSOCIATE THAT I HAD ANOTHER MONTH WORTH OF PAIN MEDS. SO NEXT VISIT HE REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING FOR ME, HE WILL NOT INCREASE THE PUMP, HE WILL NOT EVEN RETURN MY PHONE CALLS BUT HERE IS THE BEST YET, I WAS TOLD BY HIS OFFICE AND I QUOTE,"IF YOUR IN THAT MUCH PAIN GO TO THE ER", WHY THE HECK DID I EVEN BOTHER SEEING THIS DR, WHAT A JOKE AND COMPLETE WASTE OF INSURANCE MONEY, AND TIME

This man thinks he is God .. Does not listen to us about our body's..

This doctor was the most arrogant and condescending physician I have ever seen, or worked with. As I myself, am a medical professional. I can not believe that the board allows this type of behavior and treatment. He has this GOD complex, and knows whats best for you regardless of your input. Was told that I was only depressed and had no REAL reason for having pain. Funny because a month after seeing him I was rushed into surgery. Bone infections and torn cartilage, I could go on. I spent that entire month in agony and yes, I was depressed. Depressed because I was in severe pain....but of course "there was nothing wrong with me"

He had great mannors but made sure that you knew hew was qualified.
