Dr. Christopher Gordon, MD

I was born with Pierre Robin Syndrome and he was my doctor from the day I was born up in till I was about 11 years old. I am now 18 years old. He used a artificial bone growth drug on me called infuse without my parents consent which was not approved for kids and that then cause many many unnecessary surgeries and to this day I am still being operated on to fix what he did to me. He got fired from Cincinnati children's hospital in 2016 and is STILL operating on children at Dayton's children's hospital in Ohio. He has caused me so much physical and mental pain my whole life and I would like everyone to know how horrible of a Doctor he was and still is.

Our family has met w Dr. Gordon 10+ times and he has always been kind and funny with our child. After multiple surgeries and minimal scarring, we know he is the best. In our case, he assured us that though we were nervous, he performs similar surgeries daily and that he would perform it with ease. Arrogant? NO! Capable and confident? Yes. Would you rather your child be with a sweet as pie surgeon who was less outwardly self-assured in their skill? We will stick with Dr. Gordon.

Dr. Gordon does come off as very arrogant and non caring as if he thinks he is better than the patient. BUT he suggested from the beginning that my child needed to have a mandibular distraction to fix her obstructive apnea. Other doctors had said she would grow out of it and that it wasn't necessary. Finally after having several procedures and sleep studies all of the doctors agreed she needed to have the distraction. He performed her jaw distraction and had the distractor off a little over two weeks later. We just had a followup sleep study and her airway is fixed! He may not have the best bedside manner but if he changes my childs life for the better then I could care less if he patted me on the back and said it will be ok.

This doctor was exceptional!!!
