My procedure was quick and easy from beginning to end. The office was modern and clean, and the staff were kind and informative through every step. Dr. Haggerty was professional, highly knowledgeable and easliy answered every question and concern I had. I would trust him with all of my oral surgery needs.

Great experience and a wonderful office

I would give him 0 stars if possible. Dr. Haggarty was very rude and offensive to my wife and my daughter simply because they asked questions about my daughter's prior care. We will NEVER go back to this office and certainly never back to Dr. Haggarty.

Dr. Haggerty's staff when making appointment changed appointment twice 1 day before appointment and failed to inform the patient and caregiver that patient must not eat or drink before appt when tried to explain to Dr. Haggerty he became rude saying "they never make mistakes and then refused to treat patient. Dr. Haggerty also refused to give back referral sheet and x rays from patients dentist. Dr. Haggler was rude and degrading stating it is only a tooth being pulled you don't have to be put under for this even though the patient was fearful of procedure. Poor bedside manner by Dr. Haggerty especially making fun of patient about prior broken jaw saying did you eat before this procedure! Making patient and caregiver feel stupid.

My son-in-law had an appointment to have his wisdom teeth extracted. My daughter was not told that they would have to pay $1,170 before they would even start. She was told that it would be $750. Never was she told that it would have to be paid that day. They told her that she could make payments. They arrived for their appointment and after xrays were told that it would be over four hundred dollars more than they had estimated. They would not do a thing until they had their money. I had to drive there with my two young grandchildren. I just had foot surgery for a broken foot and I have a metal plate with six screws. I loaded up the grandchildren and drove up their to give them their money. I guess they are in need of funds and it couldn't have waited until later in the day. I would not suggest you go there. It is stressful enough for someone that is facing surgery without getting there to find that they have grossly underestimated their fee and that their fee is due before… they will even begin the procedure.

Dr. Haggerty performed two emergency surgeries on me, may may have saved my life. I find him to be very courteous, very considerate, and very generous with his time. He is truly one of the best!

The office was an extremely nice environment, the receptionist was friendly. I had my paper work already filled out from the computer and she took my information, about 5-10 minutes later Dr. Haggertys assistant brought me back. Both the assistant and the doctors bedside manner was very good, he answered all of my quesetions, the procedure was quick and painless. I can not rate a follow up because I did not need one, although he did tell me if I had any questions or concerns to call him. He called me that night to make sure I was doing okay and a young lady from his office called me the next day. Very good experience, I am taking my son to get his wisdom teeth out this winter break and would reccommend him to anyone!
