This doctor is great and explains things well. However, I've had very bad service getting prescriptions refilled. The last one took 9 days and when was finally refilled was sent to the wrong pharmacy, different than the one that had mad the request for me! How that happened I have no idea, but to be out of a needed medication for days is not good to say the least.

Doctor Hayes has a good bed side manner and is very knowledgeable. I've been a patient with him for a little over 2 years and I will continue.

This doctor orders lab and x-rays that are not necessary and the insurance will not cover them, so you are left holding the bill. He orders drugs you do not need. When going to another doctor I found the lab work and drugs he ordered I did not need.

Best Doctor I have ever had. I am a 63 yr old woman and I have never seen a smarter more knowledgeable doctor. Wonderful bedside manner too.

It's sad when a Dr. tells you it can't hurt that bad and then you have to wait for a two week appointment. He rushes in, rushes out. Still don't have a diagnosis but he knows something is there and didn't bother to refer me to any specialist. Won't be going back to him. Doctors need to learn how to listen to their patients.

I have been with dr hayes for a little iver 6 yrs and have followed him while he was getting settled. He is a great dr. No matter how busy he is he takes his time and really listens and will do research right there if needed. He treats you like he would want his family treated.

This has been the best doctor I have had in years. He listened and was actually in the room!! Most doctors come in after the nurse and student have made their determination. This doctor came in and talked to me !! Very happy.
