Dr. Christopher Dale Henley, MD

I had an appointment for 7:30 am. I made the appointment for first thing in the morning because my other appointments here have always involved at least one hour of waiting for my appointment to start. I figured an early morning appointment would be better. I was wrong. My appointment did not begin until 8:15. When Dr. Henley finally got in there, he seemed pleasant enough. They had to drain some fluid out from my tissue expander. When they stuck the needle in to numb the area, I jumped because it hurt—and it hurt a lot. The doctor yelled at me for jumping and was quite rude. Dude, needles hurt some people, and this was in a very sensitive area. This doctor needs some sensitivity training to learn how to deal with situations like this. Also, it would be nice if appointment times were more than a suggestion. I always show up on time, but I'm always kept waiting and waiting.
