Dr. Henley and his staff are great! The wait time is short, the staff at the front desk are very helpful, and Dr. Henley has a very good bedside manner and is compassionate. I would recommend him without any hesitation.

Well he was arrogant. I asked about down time after carpal tunnel surgery and he told me there wasn’t a down time really. This was without asking me what I do for a living. He said he could write me a note if I needed one. He didn’t seemed interested in discussing it with me but recommended I get the surgery. When he came back to give me a shot I told him I wanted the surgery just not now. Then he asked me what I did for work. I told him I washed my hands a lot since I was a cook. He said well there is common sense things you can’t do 3 minutes after having the surgery. I’m not sure I am the one with no common sense. I then asked him if he would do both at the same time (since I had been told no they would not). He then said” sure but you won’t be able to wipe your a double s for 2 weeks but I don’t care I’ll do it”. I call that down time. I will be going somewhere else to have my surgery. Maybe the Bentonville office is better.

Really liked Dr Henley. He explained well and was personable

The receptionist, nurse, and x-ray technician were excellent; however, Dr. Henley was not pleasant at all. I did not feel like he wanted to be there, nor was he compassionate. I respect his orthopaedic knowledge, but his bedside manner was lacking.

From the moment we got there we were greeted by the friendly receptionist, then we were called to the back by a sweet young lady, also very nice...had x-rays then Dr. Noel Henley came in and was so nice and explained everything. We then went and met another nice lady that fit the cast to both of my wrist. Bottom line, the entire staff from beginning to end was amazing.

I had a 2:40 appointment only waited minutes until I was called to go back to a room. The Doctor was friendly and explained what needed to be done . The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely refer Doctor to others.
