Dr. Christopher F Herzog, DO

I did NOT see this person as a patient, but I remember how upset this woman made my staff and other patients who witnessed her irrational outburst in the waiting room. She missed her scheduled appointment time then created a big disturbance in my normally peaceful waiting room. She ranted and threatened my staff prior to leaving in a huff. She was politely told that she missed her scheduled appointment time and could be worked into the schedule at a later time. This was unsatisfactory for her. A new patient visit at a specialist office takes significant time. She chose to leave for her dentist appointment rather than wait.

The office staff is rude. My appt was at 8:55. The front desk told me as I walked in that they were behind, out of three staff, two were brand new and that the wait would likely be an hour. I had an 11:30 dentist appt. I asked if I’d be able to make that. They said they could say, but it was going to be at least an hour before I even made it back to see the doctor. I explained that I had taken the day off to get all my appointments done. Office staff to me ‘ If I had taken a day off, I would have stayed.’ Doctor is probably good, I think that a good staff would go a long way here. Why would I wait all that time & then see no one before my other appt? A two hour window of time at any doctors office should be plenty.

I've been treated by Dr. Herzog for several years now and had a cataract replaced yesterday by him. My eye is so much better already at 25+ vision in my eye. I'm a pain and ask tons of questions and he answers everyone. His mannerism is kind and caring and I highly recommend him. Tom Fellows

Doctor is very nice. Staff is extremely rude. After 20 years of going to him, we are going elsewhere

I have been a patient of Dr. Herzog's for several years. I went to the rest and now have found the best!!

Love Dr. Herzog!!! He has been my OP for several years. Always concerned,friendly, relaxed, professional,caring,and all around nice guy!!! I would recommend him to anyone who needed an eye doctor! His staff is excellant, also! :)
