Excellent doctor

It really was the best online doctor experience I've had. Great attitude and interest in helping me. I highly recommend him as an online or offline doctor.

As a new patient I would expect that an Annual Physical would be extensive It was not less than cursory. When I glanced at his lap top he was reading his Google mail.

I first sought services by Dr. Highley for a general physical exam and anticipation of obtaining a pilot's license for a private aircraft. I have stayed with him (and the Carson Medical Group) for several years since then. Dr. Highely listens and responds. I have not had need or occasion to rate Dr. Highley in his bedside manner due to my own good health. In terms of his staff, they remain courteous, prompt, and professional. I have never experienced miscommunication, billing errors, or problems. I therefore recommend highly the doctor with a similar name, and also his staff.

Reception nice, staff in a hurry and short with patients. Dr. likes to rush and doesn't seem to care. Overall Administration of Carson Medical Group is very poor. They seem to feel they dominate the city and can be as rude as necessary. Some doctors are good while others are terrible.
