Dr. Christopher Michael Horn, DO

I was seeing Dr. Horn for 15 years and in the last 6 six years it has gotten progressively worse. He just stares at the computer not listening bit more intent upon prescribing medications for diseases you MIGHT get but yet not refilling medications you are currently on. I have been with out my medications refilled for more than 4 days at a time at least 11 times in the last 2 years and my medications cannot be abruptly stopped and then blaming it on ShopRite pharmacy. This last time he said it was at the pharmacy but it was not and my husband to go down to Horns office for him to actually send the prescription! And bless you if you happen to call and get Patty on the phone. I lost 2 days of work and 4 days of my life. There are so many caring doctors out there don’t waste your time on this doctor

I find Dr. Horn and his staff to be highly courteous and professional.

My husband really likes dr horn but I am thankful he is not my primary because the receptionists are atrocious. They coukd not sound more like you are bothering them on the phone, are resistent to offer any kind of helpful explanations to your questions, and then try to argue with you after you have called your insurance company and resolved the issue with a reference number like they had asked. If you are a customer service representative, you need to have people skills and be patient if you actually want people to choose your business over others. Im sure the doctors would not be happy to hear this is how their patients are treated!
