Dr. Christopher V Hutchison, MD

Dr. Hutchison is an amazing doctor. He and his staff are so courteous, personable, and he takes as much time with you as is needed. He's not one of those doctors that rush you out the door. Love going to him!

Wow, I had a terrible experience with this doctor. I patiently waited nearly two hours over my scheduled appointment time for Dr. Hutchison. This would have been acceptable considering the nature of the business however I left without any resolution to my array of symtpoms. I personally had to call for the test results and could only speak to the "gate keeper". The medical assistant immediately suggested birth control without considering my age and familial history of heart disease and stroke. A potentially very dangerous combination!!!

I'm quite picky with my doctors and was recommended to him through a friend. His wait sometimes is long when you show up at the office but he is really good at what he does. He listens really well and takes what you say into consideration. He was fabulous when he performed surgery on me and I felt very comfortable under his care. He explained things to my mother (who is quite a worrier) and helped her nervousness subside. His bedside manners are fabulous.Sometimes it takes awhile to get the office on the phone but they are really good at getting back to you when you leave a message. I'd highly recommend him and his services (at either office location, I've been to both) to anyone.

Dr Hutchison is fantastic! He will have delivered my last 3 children tomorrow! I feel so fortunate to have found him. I refer everyone to him. It's true sometimes his wait time can be a little long but it is always worth the wait because he has given me the direct attention that I needed when I was with him. He's pretty funny too :)

I love Dr. Hutchison. Sometimes the wait is long, but after the visit I always know why I waited. He actually listens to everything I need to say, answers all my questions thoroughly, and is very helpful not just physically but mentally (I have enough womanly problems, it's ridiculous). I had been to an ob/gyn before who basically told me to deal with all the problems I had and Dr. Hutchison diagnosed me correctly every single time. I DEFINITELY recommend him. There's about 8 members of my extended family that now go to him and also would say the same thing.

I transferred to Dr. Hutchison more than half way through my last pregnancy. I was having a high risk pregnancy and my small town doc was treating it like any other. Dr. Hutchison listened to my concerns, investigated and addressed them. He did everything he could to provide as much relief as possible and was awesome. When it came time to discuss a hysterectomy, he presented me with all the options. He was concerned for my emotional well being long after the surgery was over and wanted me to be sure about my decision. After I went through with it, he was sure to tell me how absolutely right the decision was and why. (I had been misdiagnosed with uterine fibroids by my previous doctor. It turned out to be adenomyosis.)He is very personable and my husband and I feel very lucky to have found a wonderful doctor. He's way worth the 40 minute drive for me.
