This doctor has Poor communication and was very rude

I had to see a new Doc today because as life goes on, my previous Doctor relocated. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Iacobelli. He is courteous, non invasive, polite, and really cared about the issues I was having and how to be proactive and conservative to make a positive end result for me. His approach and logic are right on point. Thank you Doctor!!!

Dr.Iacobelli proclaimed my neck was fine after 2 examinations because of an automobile accidentthough I was experiencing neck pain and slight numbness in my arms. My third visit for same problem I was told I would have to reschedule my appointment because I was “late”. In reality , I was 10 mins. EARLY for a 330 appointment. The receptionist informed at 330 after I had sat there for 10 mins that since I was not 15 mins early I would have to reschedule. What?!! New doctor sent me in for MRI and discovered I needed 2 discs replaced in my neck due to severe compression.

Best Dr I've ever had.

I started as his as his patient when he first came to the valley he was great at first he cared he listened. When it came time to get my hunting disability license he was ignorant. He asked me what these papers are for and I told them I had a disability and then I could not shoot a gun and I'd like to be able to do hunting. He said why do you need a hunting disability license and I told him because of my back I cannot lift over 35 lb and I need help and he said but you're not disabled and I said I am disabled because my back and he looked at my scar and he said you're still only able to lift 35 lb that doesn't make any sense he said I do not feel comfortable signing these papers because I do not believe you're disabled. He called me a lier. And I told fine don't sign them I'll find a Dr that will. He signed them after I left his office I was very mad. And I called the office when I got home and told them I would no longer be a patient of his

I've been a patient of Dr. Iacobelli for two years. In my opinion he is the best GP doc I've ever had, over some 50 years, hands down. Smart, perceptive, open-minded, and he listens, really listens to you.

I have been going to doctor Iacobelli Ever since he moved into The Valley. He is one of the few best doctors I have ever had. Is very thorough And professional.Back in 2017 ad issues with my side road and he was the one that found my cancer. I guess you can say without him it would have gone undetected. He is an amazing physician and takes the time to listen to his patience.

Dr. Iacobelli is the best primary care physician our family has ever had. He is highly recommended if you want a thorough and brilliant physician.

Dr Iacobelli saved my life by being thorough and the best bedside manners possible. Dr and his staff take their time and pursue answers not easily found. Don't know about these other reviewers obviously, but my experience has been quite different.
