Dr. Christopher Werner Ince, MD

I was a two-year patient with Dr. Ince. He was a fair doctor. But I could not continue to go to his office because of his staff. They are so rude and unprofessional. Not one person in that office understands pain. Their 20-year-olds probably suffered nothing more than a headache. I should not have to feel bad, physically bad, then walk into an office and deal with people who consider me a nuisance because I’ve come to my appointment. I have never been treated as bad as I was with those girls. The office manager is worse! Dr Ince will not help you even when his staff makes you cry. I’m not a spiteful person. But I honestly can say that that place and those people are the most horrible people I’ve EVER dealt with in my 60 plus years. I wouldn’t take my dog there.

Very unprofessional staff. Very inconsiderate with absolutely no compassion or understanding for someone who’s in pain. I shouldn’t have to feel like I’m a nuisance by coming to my appointment. Not one of the 20 year old girls have ever suffered physical pain because if they did they wouldn’t treat people the way they do. The office manager is worse than anyone. Theres no sympathy in that office. Dr Ince will not help you, so don’t even ask. Their billing is awful! I paid every single time I went in, yet on numerous occasions I was forced to pay for a visit they claim I didn’t pay for! And you’re almost out of your medications so you do t argue with them. They won’t change their mind, they won’t allow you time to call your bank, you pay for the passed office visit and the current visit now or go home. They’re terrible. I wouldn’t send my dog to that place.

Friendly staff and Dr. Ince takes his time to listen!

Don't waste your time with this doctor. He didn't care enough about a patient of three years to return a call when he was paged by his answering service. which was an emergency'' then his rude staff makes excuses for him.

Dr Ince is a great doctor, he took the time to sit down and listen to me. I highly suggest seeing him if you are needing a pain doctor. The staff was able to get me in as soon as possible.

Horribly rude and uncaring staff. Dr. Ince is nice but he is not a good pain doctor. I didn't know any better until I tried another doctor. I'm in much better shape now. If I had stayed with him I would be crippled up from pain and on lots of opioids. Now I get my shots in office. It's much cheaper and takes 10 minutes. I asked for a shot one day from Dr. Ince and he said he hurt his shot hand, I would need a surgery appt. . Lol. Not much money in a simple shot I guess

I've seen the man for seven years and was cut off over a dental app.I would not do to a person what he did to me.He doesn't rate as a person.

I've seen Dr Ince for a few years now and he's always been extremely helpful and detailed in answering any question I may have. He really got the extra mile for his patients. At least in my opinion he does. Mind you, here recently he has hired someone new in the office who has very poor etiquette, but hopefully she doesn't turn anyone away.

Kind, courteous and knows his stuff. Willing to listen and treat me like a human being in pain, not just a number or more money. Easy to talk to and pleasant nurses, too.

The front office staff was very rude. I was lost so I was a little late and the woman who answered the phone was not helpful. When I got there the receptionist at the front desk was very uninviting . However, the nurse who checked me in and the Doctor was great! I felt very at ease and informed with the medical staff who took care of me in the room. Dr Ince was great!
