He is kind, professional, knows what he is doing. He deeply cares about you and what you are going through and cares about you as a person! I appreciate that he took me back as a patient from three years ago. I will be forever grateful. His nurse is awesome too! Just all around amazing staff!

I can’t even give Dr Janssen a 1 star review, I had a follow up for a trigger point injection that I felt didn’t do much, he recommended 3 options said none were a permanent fix only temporary, also said my condition won’t get worse, then said maybe I need to go back to my migraine Dr for better more advanced meds, i said I hadn’t needed migraine medication for over a decade it was prescribed the exact same time I was referred to him, because of the tightness in my neck, if he would of read my chart that’s all clearly visible, when i said my migraines are coming from my neck tightness he said who cares if the medication works, which is absurd, I’ve done 16 rounds PT, 8 deep tissue massages, trigger point injections, I’m sorry my migraines are stemming from my neck not my neck tightness from my migraines , either way I walked out slamming the door and won’t return nor would I recommend!

How many doctors will call you at night or on the weekends to see if your ok? Dr. Janssen does. He takes his patients seriously and is there to help you with considerable knowledge.

Spent little time with me, and had little insight or input to offer me about my condition. When I asked what he thought the problem was with my back (two years of pain, I'm healthy, unknown reason for back problem onset), he said (in an irritated tone) that he sees X number of people per week who also have chronic, undiagnosed pain. No theory of what had happened, not even a "this is strange and should not be happening" explanation. His answer seemed to indicate "just live with it, you're not the only person to have this". Maybe he didn't mean it that way, but that's how it came across to me.

Dr. Janssen was very helpful and went out of his way to call me at home to check on how I was doing. I called to ask some questions and he called me personnally to answer my questions.
