Dr. Christopher Jesse Jolles, MD

I do not recommend Dr. Jolles. My OB/GYN referred me to Dr. Jolles to have my left ovary and a mass removed. After surgery Dr. Jolles assured me that all went well. He said he had removed the mass, left ovary, and left fallopian tube. However, a little over a year later I started having abdominal pain. He ignored a new CT scan and said I only had an infection. Further surgery with a different surgeon proved I still had a mass growing, parts of my left ovary and all of my fallopian tube.

I'm glad he's retiring. I didn't feel very special at "Special Gynecology".

I was referred to Dr. Jolles because I had cervical cancer. This was my first surgery & with 3 older sisters having hysterectomies I wasn't afraid, I figured he knew what he was doing. I had my radical hysterectomy in Sept 2014. I learned a lot after the surgery....#1 He didn't do any testing before the surgery. He simply went by me telling him I had cancer. . #2 He didn't talk to me about any options. He did a radical hysterectomy with the Cherney Incision ( I recently found out that for my situation he could have done the Robotic Laparoscopic surgery... So because of his bad decision I have been in constant pain for a year (he wouldn't give anymore pain medication after 3 weeks) & I have no feeling in my bladder, After the surgery he didn't bother to tell me that he had problems around the bladder during surgery, I had to find that out from another Dr. who read my medical report....I'm spending tons of money on other doctors, A Pain clinic, Therapy & medications. He might be a… good Dr. if everything goes good But watch out If there are any complications.

I met with doctor Jolles on a Wednesday, and he had me in for surgery the next day. He was very nice and comforting, I couldn't of asked for a better doctor!

Very professional, took lots of time to answer questions and talk to my family and I, was helpful after the surgery and didn't make us wait all day. Staff has been very friendly and nice.

I got into the office on an emergency basis and Dr. Jolles did my surgery that week. He was a true delight and I will continue to see him from now on. Wonderful recommendation!!

I was at first a little skeptical about having a male doctor, but Dr. Jolles made me feel at ease and I was able to have my boyfriend in the room with me. Dr. Jolles was excellent at explaining what was going on and what abnormal meant in my case. I was totally freaked out by that word and after about 40 minutes of consulting with this doctor I felt much better and was grateful he spent time with me to explain things in lamen terms. Dr. Jolles is very intelligent but he explained everything to me in a way that I understood. I came back a week later and scheduled surgery when I decided that is what I wanted to do, the doctor never pressured me about anything and explained the pros and cons of both choices I had. I am very happy with my decision and the environment couldn't be better! Thank you for everything and if my family lived here I would send them here as well because he truly is the best in the west
