Dr. Christopher Edwin Jones

Trying to get back in to Dr Jones after 11 years the appointment taker; who should be representing the Drs and their practice in a much better light, was rude and disrespectful. First she insisted my grandson was already in the system, which I knew he wasn't, it was his dad, she actually argued with me, until she got further down and realized it was my son. Then she tells me there was a small payment sent to collections, when I stated "Really, I don't know why" she had the audacity to say "Well, someone didn't pay the bill" Are you kidding me? Pretty professional, wouldn't you say. I would have paid the amount due at the time of the appointment, if I had been given that option but no instead she continued on saying I was yelling at her, when 5 minutes earlier she sai d she was having a hard time hearing me, so I spoke up, but I was far from yelling. She was just plain rude and disrespectful. I was really looking forward to having my grandson go to Dr Jones, but now I wouldn't… make an appointment now if the Dr himself called and apologized.
