He does not care about his patients. His vacation comes before treating a cancer patient. He will put you off for cancer surgery stating it is a slow growing cancer, how would he like to live with cancer in his body for months? Does not call the family after a procedure is performed. Will not return phone calls at all. If you have a complication you are told to go to the Emergency Room. Does not care if the patient is in pain and never looks at other illnesses that may affect the situation.

I have been seeing Dr Keel for over 3 years and have been completely satisfied with Dr Keel. What I liked about him is he is part of the younger new breed of Doctor who is up on the latest treatments and technologies. He is easy to talk with, listens and provides a host of information. He performed a radical proctectomy on me using the latest robotic technology available. He did a thorough job of explaining all my options and the risks associated with each choice. He understood that I was undecided, so he referred me to a Radiologist for another opinion. After receiving more than enough information I decided on the radical proctectomy and I am happy I did. The surgery was successful, I experienced no pain, no unexpected issues, and was back to normal quickly. After almost 2 years I am still cancer free. I would highly recommend Dr Keel to anyone in need of a urologist.

I would recommend Dr Keel absolutely. He is up on the latest treatments, and he is not an old school “cutter” as some out there. Highly recommended!

Dr. Keel was great. He completely made me feel at ease about my condition. I had been very self conscious about visiting a dr for my condition and was very comfortable with dr keel, HOWEVER Dana the office manager decided I was not allowed to see dr keel again after she got her feelings hurt due to her and the PA not understanding that when a patient is told one thing by one person and something else by another they tend to want to clarify things. So over all Dr. Keel = GREAT the office manager not so much. And she will decide if you get the treatment you need.

Had robotic assisted radical prostectomy last month, preformed by Dr.Keel,and from day one Dr.Keel was very informative, professional, to the point, yet comforting, and made me feel at ease, from elavated psa numbers, thru biopsy, and cancer diagnosis ,Dr. Keel gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Once I made a decision, he informed me of the risks, referring me to a therapist, for additional information on what to expect after surgery. The day of surgery, Dr. Keel explained the procedure, and that he would make every effort to spare all nerve bundles. The surgery was successful, I have had no pain,no unexpected issues, and at this point cancer free ! Dr. Keels bedside manner and professionalism made the whole experience a lot less stressful than I had imagined! I highly recommend Dr.Keel to anyone considering prostate surgery.
