Both my daughter and i have a dentist fear. Dr king and his staff were awesome at putting us at ease and taking care of our teeth

This is the worse dentist I have ever visited. His staff specifically, the receptionist is the rudest individual; I called to state I was running late on one appointment and her reply to was "I am not putting up with this today." She also informed the entire office I had not paid any monies on my account when in fact our insurance had been making payments all along. One procedure, the dentist quoted me $700. and when I received my bill the procedure was $1300. I have called Dr. King on numerous occasions but his receptionist refuses to give him messages. I requested my medical records and she stated that I would receive NONE of my records until my bill was paid in its entirety even though I am making monthly payments. The last procedures Dr. King performed were on three back molars and within a year and in a months time all three molars cracked and feel apart and I had to have crowns put on all three when the simple fillings if they had been done correctly should have corrected… the problems. On two appointments after he numbed my gums to drill into my teeth, when he started drilling he didn't numb it properly and the pain from the drill shot me straight up in the chair and put me in tears. All around this this the worse dentist I have ever visited in my entire life. Totally incompetent and his staff are unfriendly and rude

Dr. King has been my dentist for about 17 years and he has the same staff he has always had. I would not trade him for a million. He is very caring about his patients and does a wonderful job. He gives you the patient the options of what procedures you want and gives you the cost upfront. You don't ever get a bill with out knowing the base line cost. I would recommend him to anyone.
