When to have a septoplasty performed for a deviated septum and now I have a perforated septum with much worse symptoms. Wish I never had him perform the surgery.

I brought my 19 month old in for a visit 2/5 and after reading the reviews I was excited to meet Dr. Knox. My son was having a fever for 3 days and was in extreme pain in his sinus area. He was getting Tylenol and ibuprofen around the clock. He had been fighting this infection for almost 4 weeks. I had waited to see alternate care since we had an appt in 2 days with Dr Knox. He has had diagnosed sinus infections starting at 7 months old. Dr Knox did his very basic exam. Gave me a prescription for prednisone and nasal inhaler. I asked what he could give him for infection . He refused to treat him for infection. My son had been having chills and in controllable crying. I asked what about his pain and this Dr insinuated I wanted to give my 19month old narcotics! I couldn’t believe it. What an uncaring and unsympathetic Dr. We ended up at the ER a few hours later temp 103. They did testing diagnosed with yet again bacterial sinus infection. I I will never go back to him! 0 stars!

There is nothing "most" memorable about Dr. Knox because every visit every patient, every person I meet is his gentle demeanor as in calmness and best way to explain Dr. KNox is he is the best at what he does. I have had a deviated septum surgery with restructure, a Thyroid removal (goiter) surgery. I have had a few referrals to him. I will speak on the merits of Dr. KNox as a surgeon, as a patient, as a Good Samaritan!
