Dr. Christopher Bligh Komanski, MD

Dr Komanski was very honest and actually changed his thoughts after more details were revealed. He went a completely different direction then an eye issue which could be a lifesaver! He definitely looked outside the box.

I was referred to Asheville Eye Associates from my doctor in Florida. The retina in my right eye detached during my move to North Carolina. My surgeon in Florida referred me to Dr.Komanski and I am so glad she did. He is very confident and capable. He and his staff made me feel at ease. So pleased with the whole experience. Dr.Komanski is a fantastic surgeon.

Last year I had a torn retina out of the blue. I had never had any serious eye problems ever before and was very worried about it. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. My surgery was not fun at all, but it went very well. I followed his instructions to a tee. My surgery was a success. I highly recommended him.
