I would not recommend this office if you’re wanting Invisalign! If you decide to use them, make sure to ask to see your Clincheck before you pay! I went to Dr. Kondas to close spaces in my teeth. We decided Invisalign was the best choice. After paying in full for Invisalign I went to get my first set of trays and to see the Clincheck for my projected results. The projected end result after 31 tray was terrible! All the spaces would still be there. Dr. Kondas said it wasn’t possible to close all the spaces and that I would need cosmetics to close them after Invisalign. I requested a refund and was only given $3,593 of the nearly $6000 spent because of fees he said were charged to him from Invisalign. If Dr. Kondas would have shown me the Clincheck first I wouldn’t have been stuck with paying the $2300 fees and have nothing to show for it. I went to Dr. Burke at Burke Orthodontics to get a second opinion and he reassured me the spaces could be closed and even provided me with the… Clincheck before to make sure I’m happy with the projected results before paying anything! Don’t waste your money like I did! Don’t let them tell you that the results you want aren’t possible just to get you to pay thousands more for cosmetics.
