Very poor care and quality of service is pathetic. Had the misfortune of seeing dentist Dr. Christopher Laing a few years ago at the TCG clinic. I regret it to this day! He insisted my existing filling had to be redone before cleaning. He was busy chatting with his assistant as he drilled my molar and in the process also drilled the adjoining tooth. My mouth was clamped open for almost three hours with no water to rinse. You can imagine my shock when a piece of my tooth flew out of my mouth. I am having a lot of pain and discomfort since then. Lack of care and indifference. This is appalling. Front desk is unprofessional.

Dr. Laing sees my son! He is pretty amazing with children. Very calm and at ease.

I walked out of the office, mouth numb and procedure incomplete! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
